One of the many benefits of this motor is that it comes standard with a chain override, giving it an easy-lift advantage in areas where intermittent power is an issue. Optional key switch and external manual override facilities are also available, enabling a secure, lockable means of access from the outside, as well as the inside, when power is not available.
